2025年3月7日，IRCC宣布将进一步扩大大多伦多地区无身份建筑工人试点计划等举措的成功，计划创建一个通道，为建筑行业的无身份临时居民提供机会。

项目概况

OVERVIEW

此项目已于 2024 年 12 月 31 日关闭。

此项目为1000名大多伦多地区无身份建筑工人及其家属提供了一条获得永久居留权的途径。

就本项目而言，大多伦多地区 (GTA) 的定义包括：

  • 多伦多市
  • 杜林 (Durham)
  • 荷顿 (Halton)
  • 皮尔 (Peel)
  • 约克 (York)

项目要求

REQUIREMENT
  • 以临时居民身份进入加拿大，但目前没有身份
  • 居住在加拿大，并且已在此居住至少 5 年
  • 拥有符合要求的工作经验：在过去的 5 年里，您需要至少工作过 4,680 个小时。
  • 在加拿大有家人
  • 获得加拿大劳工大会 (CLC) 的推荐
  • 其他方面符合加拿大入境要求
